Here are a couple of photos of the fantastic rainbow that we had right over the top of Hungry Jack Lake on 5/31.
Is this a sign that Gunflint Trail fishermen will have good luck fishing at our northern Minnesota fishing resort on Hungry Jack Lake this year? Or perhaps, it’s an indication of a summer with great weather for people at our Minnesota family resort and campground?
We’re not really too superstitious but we certainly think it can only mean good luck and not bad luck.
2011 DINING ROOM & LOGGERS LOUNGE MENUS
The Hungry Jack Lodge and Campground 2011 Dinner Menu is now online and can be viewed on “Lodge” and “Dining & Banquets” pages of our website. As most of you already know, the Dining Room is open to both guests and non-guests of Hungry Jack Lodge and Campground. Dinner is served at 6:00 PM and reservations are required 1/2 day in advance for all dinners in our dining room during the summer.
In addition to our tantalizing dining room dinners we are now serving food in the Loggers Lounge located on the lower level of our Lodge. Food from our 2011 Loggers Lounge Menu is available in the Loggers Lounge from 12 Noon until 9:00 PM. The Loggers Lounge Menu can be accessed from both the “Lodge” and “Dining & Banquets” pages of the Hungry Jack Lodge website. Wraps, salads, burgers (MN Angus 1/2 lb.), pizza and appetizers are all on the menu in our Loggers Lounge.
